Bylaws

 Wymberley Yacht Club Bylaws

The bylaws contain the rules for the operation of the club.  The provide the framework for details like how the club is structured including the the positions of the Board of Stewards and how they're elected.  It also provides definitions for things like who can become a member, how funds are to be managed and how meetings should function.

The latest By Laws were written by a special committee formed in 2021 at the request of membership at the Annual Meeting.  The By Laws were presented to the membership and accepted in November 2022.
